I cannot stress enough- choosing the right agent in Sarnia-Lambton is one of the most important steps of selling your home. Here at the Ryan Realty Group, we’re going to talk about one important step, where many selling agents seem to drop the ball. A small step that can have a major impact: BUYER FEEDBACK!

 

Feedback expands both your understanding and your selling agent's understanding of the overall perception of the property. You really want to know what people liked most & least about the home, its price, and factors that would make people want to make an offer or decline.

 

Do you know what people are saying about your home? If there is something wrong with your home that you can change to make it more attractive, it would be helpful to know! Whether it be furniture, paint colour, etc.

 

The Ryan Realty Group ensures all feedback is acknowledged, discussed, and if needed, acted upon. We text, call, or email all of the buyer agents that step through our listings. A lot of times the seller agent will speak with buyer agents to set up showings but will never talk to them again unless they make an offer.

 

However, we believe buyer feedback is of uttermost importance. Every time an agent brings a potential buyer through your home, your selling agent should be contacting them. Asking them about the showing, what their clients thought of the home, things they liked, things they didn’t. 

 

Fixing these smaller issues will get your home sold faster and for more money. When choosing your agent, be sure they have a strong communication plan in place to speak with buyer agents to help sell your home for top dollar!
