There were 353 active listings in November, and 157 sold totaling just below $56 million in sales volume, compared to November 2019 where we had 125 sold and just below $38 million in sales volume.

With around 25 days to sell vs 36 days to sell in November 2019, the average sale price was around $374 thousand, vs $311 thousand in November 2019, which is a 20% price increase.

48% of those sold were in the $200,000 to $400,000 price range.

There were 15 fewer homes on the market in November 2020 than in October 2020, and the number of sales increased by 16.
