Sarnia Real Estate Market Update - November 2019
We are still seeing a strong sellers market for homes under 400,000 that are priced right and have some updates as we go into 2020. Still a good demand for good long term tenants so still a great time to buy an investment property. My prediction for 2020 is that the market will stay strong and maybe look to level out a bit near the end of 2020 with interest rates also staying similar where they are now.
