We will begin with a slow flow yoga class with grounding and visualization mediation. This will be followed by vision board making. Supplies will be provided for the workshop, but you are more than welcome to bring your own materials too.

Vision boards are powerful tools for creating the life that we desire, whether we seek small tweaks or major transformations. We can use vision boards to: Clarify our dreams & desires, Manifest our best life, and Guide us throughout the year.
